Sales - Account Manager

Job Description
Location: Beaverton, OR (On-site)
Pay: $55,000 - $65,000 DOE per year, plus commission on all sales
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Our company offers the largest assortment of alternative media networks in the nation, collaborating with brands of all sizes, from national CPG to local and regional healthcare, and everything in between.

What You’ll Do:
- Prospect new business opportunities through cold calling and daily email outreach.
- Develop, nurture, and grow client relationships across regional sales territories.
- Create and deliver proposals, ensuring campaign success through collaboration with the Operations Team.
- Manage regional accounts, including one week of travel every 90 days.
- Execute contract negotiations and drive new business while maintaining and growing current accounts.
- Contribute to campaign conception, opportunity lifecycle management, and client satisfaction.

What You Need to Have:
- 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience.
- Advertising and media experience is a plus, particularly in out-of-home media.
- Proficiency in Excel and strong communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to identify problems, develop plans, and reconcile issues.
The Musts:
- High energy, intrinsically motivated, and financially driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Outgoing, cheerful attitude with honesty and integrity.
Preferred:
- Experience in advertising and media, with a strong understanding of place-based media.
- Proven track record in sales, with experience in contract negotiation and campaign management.
