Monday – Friday 7:30am-4pm (flexible) Â

Local Courier company is looking for an upbeat Dispatcher Rock Star to join their fast-paced Tualatin office!Â
What You’ll Do:Â
Â
As a member of the Dispatching team, you will be assisting customers, both online and on the phone, with their accounts and questions. You will be handling 350-to 400 orders a day with your team.Â

What You Need to Have:Â

Outstanding customer service!Â
2-3Â years of CSR ExperienceÂ
Proficiency in MS Office SuiteÂ
Familiar with ExcelÂ
Out-going and upbeat!Â
Strong communication skills, both written and verbalÂ
Dependability – you must be punctual and reliableÂ
Grace under pressure – this is a busy, fast-paced jobÂ
Must be animal friendly – dogs in office (don’t worry, OZZY'S friendly!)Â
