- Operate state-of-the-art robotic welding equipment to fabricate and repair metal components
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the appropriate welding process
- Maintain and repair robotic welding equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and increase efficiency
- Strong experience in welding and robotic operations
- Excellent blueprint reading and interpretation skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Good hand-eye coordination and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials
