For me it starts with my 3 yr old daughter. That is my world! In addition to that, I am a huge sports fan (go niners/Blazers!) and I really enjoy crabbing on the Southern OR coast, certified Scuba diver, grill Master and, traveling. In my role here at Opti, my goal is to find high level candidates that tie together upper management and entry level employees to help create cohesiveness and bridge the forever missing gap between the top and the bottom of companies. Just because someone mops the floors, doesn’t mean the voice shouldn’t be heard.
