Position: Receptions
Location: Southwest Portland, Oregon
Compensation: $21 hr.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:45am - 5pm, 1 hour Lunch

Their unique approach to Estate Planning and Elder Law is to help generations work together without conflict. They strive for excellence in every aspect of their practice, from simple Wills or Living Trusts to more complex matters like Special Needs Planning or Medicaid. They are one of the most experienced Estate Planning and Elder Law firms in Portland, Oregon.
What you will do:
law office is seeking a friendly, positive, organized Receptionist to manage our front desk.
In this role duties will be but not limited to:
- Answering phone and directing them to the proper person.
- greet clients and other visitors at the office when they arrive in a warm and professional manner.
- taking accurate and detailed notes in our system
- scheduling client’s appointments
- supporting the office with data entry and other tasks.

What You Need to Have:Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
- 2+ years of experience in an office setting
- Microsoft suite experience
- Detailed oriented
- Problem solving skills.
- Professional and positive attitude
- Legal experience is a plus but not required.
