Opti Staffing Group is partnering with a locally owned insurance company in Anchorage, AK, seeking a friendly and punctual Receptionist to join their team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Greet customers and visitors with a friendly demeanor.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Assist with e-filing and document organization.
- Perform miscellaneous office duties as needed.
- Cross-training in other office functions may be required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
- Punctual and reliable with a clean-cut appearance.
- Comfortable working in a business casual setting.
- Positive attitude and friendly demeanor.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
