Construction Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

My Client is a  well-established Company of 20+ years in the construction industry looking for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team for a long term permanent position.

Duties include:
Answering multi line phone system including screening, routing, and taking messages
Scanning, faxing, and e-filing of documents
Traditional Filing
Order tracking
Fleet Maintenance Management
Customer Acquisition (Mailing Brochures, follow up on sales leads, customer surveys)
Office Cleaning
Daily Errands
Social Media maintenance


Sales - Marketing
Additional tasks as needed

Required Skills:
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)

Adept use of general office equipment (scanners, fax machine, etc)
Must have a positive attitude and outstanding Customer Service
Organizational skills

Attention to detail is a must

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Valid Driver’ s License and good driving record


Experience Requirements:
Minimum (2) years of administrative/receptionist experience
Construction background a plus

QuickBooks knowledge a plus
