Local Office Product Dealer is looking for an EXPERIENCED Receptionist to join their team.
This position is conveniently located in mid-town Anchorage. Schedule is Full Time with consistent schedule, Monday - Friday.
Pay is $16.00 with plenty of opportunity for advancement and increased responsibilities. Full benefits package included.
Candidate must be well spoken, mature, and polite and also be able to handle multiple responsibilities and prioritize the work flow. Career minded & goal-oriented individuals will enjoy this growing company with excellent potential.
Duties would include the following:
- Customer Service
- Answering phones and fielding calls
- Data Entry
- Basic Clerical duties
- Keeping office organized and light cleaning duties
- 1 Year Receptionist
- Proficiency in Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of standard office equipment.
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritize projects and problem-solve.
- Attention to detail.
- Be a self-starter and work well with little supervision.
