WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As a Receptionist, your role involves a range of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the office. This includes answering and directing calls, welcoming visitors, managing office supplies, and coordinating reordering as needed. You'll handle daily mail processing, maintain cleanliness in common areas, and update company calendars with new hire information. Administrative responsibilities also include keeping phone lists up to date, managing business licenses, handling subcontractor insurance certificates, completing vendor credit applications, and managing various invoicing tasks. Your flexibility extends to analyzing existing processes for improvement and taking on additional duties as assigned.
