WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a warm and friendly reception experience.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Provide accurate and timely information to callers and visitors, addressing their inquiries or directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring it reflects the professional image of the company.
- Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages and assist with outgoing mail as needed.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining appointment calendars.
- Perform basic administrative duties, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Assist with coordinating office supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve or escalate issues as necessary.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
