Location: Tigard, Oregon
Compensation: $21Â - $24Â DOEÂ
Monday-Friday 7am - 3:30pmÂ

What You’ ll Do:
The QC Mechanical Inspector I is responsible for quality checks of products and parts made internally, and those received from vendors as a sub-assembly for production. Â Products and parts must comply with Quality and Customer requirements.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Inspect products delivered by Production to QC staging area to ensure conformance with drawings, instructions, and specifications included in the job folder
- Inspect parts during production stages as required
- Inspect products delivered by Receiving Department according to drawings and specifications
- Report nonconformities to QC/QA Manager, Supervisor and/or PM
- Update nonconformities master file Â
- Perform additional duties like handling, cleaning, and part engraving required prior to sending products to Shipping Department
- Perform appropriate data entry and documentation
- Keep tools and instruments in order and good shape
- Maintenance and organization of the QC area
- May be required to work in the Cleanroom environment
Requirements, and/or Experience:
- Some college desirable but not required
- 2 years minimum experience performing quality control functions
- Proficient math skills
- Knowledge of inspection instruments
- Ability to read drawings
- Ability to follow instructions and specifications
- Standard computer skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Good written and communication skills
- Detail oriented, responsible and dependable
