Position: Quality Inspector
Location: Salem, OR
Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + quarterly incentives
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Overview:
As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the company’s manufactured products meet quality standards and customer specifications. Your primary duties will involve inspecting completed products, conducting in-process inspections, and reporting any non-conformance to the Quality Assurance Manager. You’ll also enforce welding procedures, perform final inspections, and help foster a strong team-oriented culture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect finished products and in-process assemblies for quality, ensuring they meet customer and company standards.
- Report non-conformance issues to the Quality Assurance Manager and complete non-conformance reports.
- Enforce welding procedures and oversee standard repair techniques.
- Perform final inspections on all products before shipping or moving to the next phase of production.
- Collaborate with the team to support a quality-driven work culture.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma required.
- Experience: 5+ years in a manufacturing environment and quality inspection, with a strong focus on steel products.
- Certifications: AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) preferred; NDT Technician Level II (MT/UT) a plus.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of AWS codes and standards, blueprint reading, inspection tools, and safety procedures. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities are essential.
