Job Description

What You'll Do:
As a Quality Engineer, you'll ensure product quality throughout New Product Introduction (NPI), configuration management, and production, leading efforts for quality assurance and improvement.
Essential Functions:
- Verify product compliance with engineering specifications and work instructions.
- Ensure documentation adheres to ISO standards.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Deliver customer-focused quality presentations.
- Drive continuous improvement and Lean initiatives.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures.
- Conduct inspections based on manufacturing standards.
- Work with suppliers and teams on nonconformances and process enhancements.
- Perform internal audits as needed.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience (3+ years preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP and statistical tools.
- Preferred knowledge of electronic systems and quality management practices (e.g., RCCA, PFMEA, CAPA).
- Experience with Six Sigma and Lean is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
