Mon-Fri: Day Shift - 7am to 3:30pm Overtime Available
Donald, OR.
$24 - $29 + DOE


What you'll do:

As part of the Quality Control team, you will be responsible for performing inspections and testing samples of materials, parts, components, and processes to ensure they meets our client's quality standards. Your role will also involve helping the company achieve delivery date goals while maintaining safety as the top priority.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Inspect, monitor, and verify that all quality standards are met for every process, part, or component—whether purchased or finished—involved in the production of a product.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation and checklists for inspections or tests related to all processes, parts, or components—both purchased and finished.
  • Recommend reprocessing for processes or products that fail to meet quality standards.
  • Identify quality issues and recommend changes or improvements to address them effectively.
  • Maintain historical records and documentation 
  • Rework or reject subassemblies or finished products as necessary.
  • Document process and system audits using established written procedures for each audit standard.
  • Coordinate and monitor the calibration of test equipment, fixtures, critical tools, and instrumentation to ensure proper operation and compliance.
  • Evaluate quality issues and provide initial recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Properly label or tag all machined or outgoing parts and assemblies with corresponding part and job numbers.
  • Review turned-in routers and checklists for completion and ensure the proper sign-off of each paint section.
  • Perform first article inspections to verify compliance with specifications.
  • Maintain, stage, and organize an adequate supply of welding materials.
  • Calibrate, label, inventory, and issue shop tools appropriately.

What you need to have:
-2yrs experience in fabrication Quality Control position
-Ability to read and understand fabrication drawing's and interpret weld symbols 

Preferred:
-5yrs experience in a supervisory or managerial position in an industrial fabrication shop or industrial industry
