Position: Quality Assurance Technician
Location:Â Hubbard, Oregon
Compensation: $24–$28/hr DOE
Schedule: Full-Time, Day Shift

What You’ll Do:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician to join a precision-focused manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll ensure that fabricated products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability while supporting continuous improvement initiatives across departments.
Daily responsibilities include:

Reading and interpreting blueprints and manufacturing drawings

Inspecting, testing, and measuring materials and finished products
-
Utilizing precision measuring tools and CMM equipment
-
Performing quality audits and documenting inspection results
-
Assisting with calibration of test equipment and instrumentation
-
Supporting and maintaining ISO quality processes and documentation
-
Collaborating with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues
-
Inspecting and approving products routed to shipping to ensure standards are met

What You Need to Have:

Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Technician or similar role
-
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards
-
Familiarity with CMMs and precision measuring instruments
-
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
-
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
-
Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
