Job Description
Title: Quality Assistant
We're seeking a Quality Assistant to join our team! As the Quality Assistant, you'll work closely with the Quality Control Manager to ensure that our products meet or exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
Manage material certs and AS9102 reports
File shipping and receiving documentation
ESD protective systems calibrations
Assist in assigning, monitoring, and verifying corrective and preventive actions
Compile and analyze measurements to identify root cause of problems, identify trends, monitor QMS goals and improvement opportunities
Maintain Quality System documentation
Enter new and updated information into various databases
Follow and re-enforce safety, ESD, ITAR & QMS protocols
Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets and databases
Excellent verbal/written interpersonal skills
Technical writing skills
Strong attention to detail
Proficient computer literacy
Be a role model by following and re-enforcing safety, ESD, ITAR & QMS protocols
Maintain confidentiality
Contribute to continuous process improvement
Pursue relentless reduction of waste
