QC Manager

Job Description
Opening:Â Facility Maintenance
City: Tualatin
Pay:Â $25 - $35 hr DOE!
Monday – Friday 7am-3:30pm
Who We Are:
Open cast polyurethane molding and urethane processing company, ideal for applications and products that require abrasive wear resistance, cut and tear resistance, superior elongation and rebound, chemical resistance, and high tensile strength.
What You’ll Do:
(Daily)
Contract Review for Defense contracts/orders
Perform FAI's an in-Process/Final Part InspectionsÂ
Communicate with Customers to resolve non-conformance and quality issues
(Monthly)
Review instrument calibration log for upcoming expired calibrations
Review/update non-conforming product log
Review approved vendor list (AVL)
(Quarterly)
Lead quality management review meetings
Acquire customer quality surveys
(Annual)
Schedule all internal/external audits
Update training schedule, train employees where needed
Performance Expectations:
Maintain ISO 9001 certified QMS
Continuous improvements projects on processes/procedures/trainings
Successful internal/external audits and contract quality requirement fulfillments

What You Need to Have:
- Experience with calipers, height gauges, durometer (Shore A & D), and pin gauges
- Minimum 2 years experience with ISO 9001 or AS9100 QMS
- Minimum 2 year experience with part inspectionÂ
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Experienced with Microsoft suite
- High attention to detail
- Good time management skills
- Reliable transportationÂ
- Mechanically inclinedÂ
- Able to take direction well
- Able to work well in a team setting
