Opening: Quality Control/Inspector Associate

WHAT YOU'LL DO: As a Quality Control Associate, you’ll play a key role in making sure products meet high standards before they go to market. You’ll review batch records, perform quality testing, track product samples, and support regulatory compliance for U.S., Canadian, and international products. You'll help ensure product labels meet FDA and Health Canada requirements, coordinate third-party testing, investigate quality issues, and maintain accurate documentation. You'll also support audits, customer inquiries, and ongoing improvements to quality systems and processes. Your attention to detail and ability to work across teams will help keep everything running smoothly and up to standard.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE: To be successful as a QA/QC Associate in a manufacturing environment, candidates should have prior experience in quality assurance or quality control, ideally within a regulated industry such as food, supplements, pharmaceuticals, or consumer goods. Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), documentation protocols, and batch record review is important. The role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to conduct product inspections, review labeling for compliance, and support regulatory processes. Experience with tools like SAP or other ERP systems, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities, is also highly valuable.
