Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled QA Engineering Technician to join our team and support our QC/QA operations, ensuring the highest quality standards for our products.
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects and follow through on process improvement procedures
- Analyze problems and address RCCAAs
- Analyze and compile quality data
- Run experiments to evaluate testing processes and procedures
- Work directly with, and train, manufacturing employees on the production floor
Preferred:
- 4+ years of related experience in a manufacturing/production environment
- Knowledge of SPC, FMEA, Lean, and Six Sigma principles
- Passionate about quality control and analysis
