WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As a Property Maintenance Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations across a portfolio of properties, ensuring all buildings, systems, and units are safe, functional, and well-maintained. You will coordinate and supervise maintenance staff and vendors, manage work orders and preventative maintenance programs, and respond to repair needs in a timely and cost-effective manner. The role also includes budgeting for maintenance expenses, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and supporting property managers to maintain high-quality living environments for residents.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
We are seeking candidates with prior experience in property maintenance, facilities management, or a related field, preferably within residential or multifamily properties. The ideal candidate has hands-on knowledge of building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs, along with experience supervising maintenance staff or vendors. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to maintenance needs efficiently. Relevant certifications or trade experience are a plus.
