WHAT YOU'LL DO:
In this role, you’ll be responsible for helping maintain residential properties and keeping them in good working condition. You’ll handle general maintenance and repair work such as light plumbing, basic electrical repairs, minor home improvements, and troubleshooting everyday maintenance issues. You’ll respond to maintenance requests, complete preventative maintenance, and help ensure homes are safe, functional, and well cared for.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:
$30/hr
Medical/Dental/Vision Options
2 weeks Accrued Vacation

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
For this role, you’ll need hands-on experience in residential property maintenance with a solid understanding of general repairs, including light plumbing, basic electrical work, and minor home improvement projects. You should be comfortable troubleshooting maintenance issues, completing repairs independently, and ensuring homes are safe and well maintained. Candidates should have strong problem-solving skills, be dependable and self-motivated, and take pride in quality workmanship. You’ll also need to have your own basic tools to complete day-to-day maintenance tasks efficiently. Experience working in occupied residential homes, rental properties, or property management environments is a strong plus.
