As a Project Sales Rep, you will have a wide scope of responsibilities to both team mates and customers. You will be introduced to Customers that our Maintenance Sales Reps have established a relationship with, and it will be your primary focus to continue to grow that relationship with various tasks. Some tasks include, but are not limited to;

Survey mechanical systems and determine repair, modification and/or replacement requirements to provide solutions to problems
Interpret drawings, equipment, and job conditions
Estimate cost of repair, modification, and replacement of mechanical systems
Understand customer costs to own, operate, and maintain facilities and translate understanding into proposals and sales that will enhance the customer’ s facility
Make necessary jobsite visits
Maintain an active backlog of proposals to assure booking goal is consistently met
Effectively represent the company’ s interests to outside agents
Provide support for any special projects as assigned by your manager
 

Our People Expectations:

5 years’ experience with HVAC systems recommended
3 years’ experience with HVAC sales recommended
Mechanical aptitude – Mater Mechanical License preferred
Knowledge of building codes and standards
Basic safety training
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desire to grow and expand knowledge
Ability to read situations and meet Customer’ s needs
Full integrity in all situations
Team work mentality
