As a Project Sales Representative, you'll be at the forefront of our business, evaluating commercial properties and helping clients harness the power of our services. Your role will involve:
- Replacing existing units
- Estimating project costs
- Planning retrofits
- Conducting load calculations
- Mastering time management
- Collaborating effectively with teammates
- Providing top-notch customer consultations
To excel in this role, you should:
- Have a strong Mechanical/HVAC background
- Thrive on building relationships and consulting with new clients
- Possess a competitive spirit that drives you to succeed
- Be confident in estimating HVAC projects
Territory:
Your territory will be the vibrant Portland Metro area, where you'll have the opportunity to work with our existing customer base and grow your network.

- A competitive base salary of $60,000 - $75,000
- A commission structure that rewards your achievements
- Realistic earning potential of $80,000 - $100,000+ per year
