Project Management Position!
Location: Woodland, WA
Salary: $24-30 an hour BOE
Shift: Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm or 7am-3:30 pm or 7:30 am-4 pm
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating construction product estimates, securing sales and performing project management duties.

Duties:
- Present, promote and sell products/services
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Perform detailed product take-offs from construction plan-sets and convert into quotations and sales
- Complete after the sale duties including Project Management tasks.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Proven work experience as a sales representative
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Database experience and proficiency
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Associates or Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
