Position: Project Manager

Location: Vancouver, WA
Pay: $33–$57 per hour
Schedule: Full Time

What You’ll Do
As our Project Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role in overseeing and coordinating construction projects from start to finish. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing project schedules, budgets, and subcontractors

  • Maintaining clear, proactive communication with clients, internal teams, and vendors

  • Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications

  • Conducting site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues

  • Ensuring safety, quality, and compliance on all job sites

  • Using project management software and tools to track progress and ensure on-time delivery

  • Driving continuous improvement in project planning and execution
