Looking form someone with Experience running projects, that is good with customers, plans ahead, maintains job finances, and would prefer someone with estimating skills.
Create Project Estimates, Budget, and Contracts
Develop and Oversee Project Execution Strategy
Maintain Project Budget
Create Work Package
Create Project Profit Projections
Provide Office Manager with Necessary Project Billing Data
Hold Project Kickoff and Debrief Meetings for Large Projects
Generate and Manage Change Order Process
Manage Project Permitting
Draft & Secure Subcontractor and Purchase Order Agreements
Hold Regular Project Meetings
Manage Formal Communication with Clients and Subcontractors
Verify Vendor Qualification and Manage Vendor Relations
Coordinate All Project Documents
Coordinate and Log Submittals
Coordinate and Log RFI Requests
Coordinate and Closeout Subcontractors and Vendors
Generate As-Built Drawings
Maintain Customer Relations
Attend Weekly Staff Meetings and monthly WIP meetings

*Health insurance is offered after a 60-day waiting (evaluation) period and the company pays 90% of the employee coverage. Coverage is also available for the family but at 100% employee cost.
* Vacation and sick leave is combined to 2 weeks per year for the first 9 years of employment.
