Location: Portland, OR Area Pay: $85k-$125k, DOE

What You’ll Do:
The Project Manager will lead the successful execution of multiple construction projects, managing every phase from pre-construction through closeout. You’ll oversee budgets, schedules, and quality standards while collaborating with clients, contractors, and team members. The role emphasizes leadership in project delivery, risk mitigation, and driving operational efficiency.
· Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, schedule, and resource allocation.
· Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to streamline communications and resolve conflicts.
· Oversee project timelines, cost controls, and materials procurement to ensure adherence to the budget and deadlines.
· Implement quality assurance programs and enforce industry-standard safety protocols.
· Prepare detailed project reports, manage risk assessments, and handle documentation for regulatory compliance.
What You Need to Have:
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
3-5+ years of project management experience, with a proven track record in overseeing complex construction projects.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to foster positive stakeholder relationships.
Comprehensive knowledge of local building codes, safety standards, and industry regulations.

Preferred:
· PMP certification or equivalent project management training.
· Experience in both commercial and residential construction.
