Opening: Project Manager
City: Tigard, OR
Pay: $48/hr + DOE
Schedule: M – F 6am-3:30pm

What You’ll Do:
We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager with process piping experience. Duties for this position will include:

What You Need to Have:
College degree, preferably Construction Engineering Management, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Administration. Equivalent work experience also considered.
Excellent communication skills
Decisive
Organized
Self-motivated.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the mechanical and/or process piping industry.

- Preparation of project proposals and estimates
- Direction of resources and personnel within the project
- Contract administration and documentation.
- Buyout of subcontractors, equipment, and materials
- Labor productivity tracking
- Schedule development
- Project budget tracking and cost projections
- Customer relations and business development
- Project safety culture leadership
- Solid communications skills – verbal and written.
