We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and help drive the success of our ongoing and upcoming projects.
Position Overview:
As a Project Manager, you will oversee part of the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to manage resources, schedules, and deliverables. This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
There are a lot of municipal work, so need to understand all the potential costs involved in a bid and prevailing wage laws including Davis-Bacon wages for federal projects and municipal wages for city-funded projects. Need to understand wage rate that must be paid to workers on federally funded construction projects and the minimum wage set by local governments for workers on city-funded projects. Also, experience bidding on projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Coordination: Lead the planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination of construction projects from start to finish.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and manage project teams, including subcontractors, vendors, and internal staff, to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
- Client Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates on project status, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Budget & Cost Management: Track project costs, manage change orders, and ensure that the project stays within budget.
- Quality & Safety Assurance: Ensure that all work complies with industry standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues proactively, managing risks and minimizing delays.
- Project Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and invoices.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, bid and proposal experience, cost management
- Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and quality control
