OPTI STAFFING GROUP IS HIRING
Opening: Project Manager/Sales Estimator
City: Anchorage
WHO THEY ARE:
One of Alaska’s most well known residential and commercial garage door companies is seeking a Project Manager/Estimator.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Handle customer calls and customer follow-up
• Estimate both small and large projects
• Manage projects from plans, measurements, ordering to installation and completion.
• Use Task Management & tracking systems software to help manage projects
• Visit jobsites to measure, take pictures and detail openings and conditions.
• Provide timely and continuing contact with customers & management concerning current projects
• Provide drawings and assistance to contractors and owners for opening preparations
• Follow procedures for quoting, ordering, setting up installs and service
• Follow profit and pricing guidelines
• Work individually and with a team to meet company expectations and goals
• Treat customers, management team and fellow employees with respect and value.
• Other duties as assigned.
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU:
$45,000-$60,000 Salary DOE
Medical, Dental & Vision after 60 days
401K w/4% Match after 1 year
Paid Vacation
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
Preferred experience in sales, customer service, construction, construction management, Automotive Service advisor or manager. Multi-tasking, typing, computer literate.
Ability to communicate in English on the phone, in writing and in person.
