We offer a broad range of custom solutions tailored to individual needs, including perennial plantings, custom patios and retaining walls, dry creek beds, edible gardens, irrigation and lighting systems, and much more. After project completion, customers can enjoy monthly gardening tips via email as well as ongoing landscape maintenance services.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
We are seeking an experienced Landscape Project Manager to oversee field operations, project scheduling, quality assurance, and issue resolution for landscape construction projects.
- Manage daily field operations to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards.
- Coordinate project timelines, workforce assignments, and material logistics.
- Conduct site inspections to uphold safety, readiness, and workmanship quality.
- Troubleshoot project challenges, implement solutions, and maintain efficiency.
- Lead crews to ensure clarity and smooth execution.
- $65,000-83,000 per year to start (DOE)

- The ideal candidate has a strong background in building hardscape features, retaining walls, water features, irrigation systems, and planting installations
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, supportive environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with crews, clients, and other managers
- Proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus

Most of my free time is spent spending time with my family, but besides that, I am a big Mariners and Seahawks fan (Bring back our Sonics!), and I coach high school basketball, which is a passion of mine. I love helping kids develop both on and off the court, and find it very rewarding to see former players as they get older and grow into young adults. Since graduating from college, I have had a number of jobs, but none that I really loved – until I started at Opti. The amazing culture that has been established is what I’ve been looking for.
