Project Coordinator
Employment Type: Full Time
Compensation: $40K-$45K plus bonuses, medical benefits, 401K
Location: Beaverton, OR
Who We Are:
We are a full-service production house specializing in large format printing. We pride ourselves on high-quality production delivered on local, statewide, and national platforms. Our solutions include vinyl banners, tradeshow displays, business signage, vehicle graphics, custom lettering, and more.
What You’ll Do:
- Ensure error-free execution of customer projects.
- Coordinate and facilitate print production and distribution of materials.
- Communicate daily with vendors, the sales team, and the production team.
- Assist the Project Manager with job order fulfillment and vendor outreach.
- Prepare quotations, confirm order details, and write work orders and purchase requisitions.
- Provide updates on project schedules and progress.
- Attend internal meetings and contribute ideas and solutions.

What You Need to Have:
- Experience in the print industry or knowledge of standard practices and procedures.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The Musts:
- Highly detail-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively as a team member.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in a project coordinator role or similar position.
