Position: Programmer Machinist Level 1 - MasterCam
Job type: Full-time
Day Shift: Monday-Thursday 7 am - 4:30 pm and Friday 7 am - 11 am
Pay Range: $30.00 - $35.00

Duties/Responsibilities:
• Review drawings and customer requirements to develop a manufacturing strategy that
will produce parts to meet customer requirements.
• Create Process paperwork that will be followed by other machinists.
• Program CNC machines using MasterCam software
• Setup equipment required to complete each step of the manufacturing process
• Set parts X, Y, and Z offset in the machine control
• Read, understand and adjust G&M code
• Monitoring the production process. Able to think critically and make adjustments to
process when problems arise
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Have a positive attitude
• Extensive knowledge of CNC machine tools and controls
• Extensive knowledge of machining and machining processes
• Extensive knowledge of tooling and machining strategies for complex geometry
• Extensive Knowledge of 2,3 and 4 axis programming of CNC machine tools
• Excellent blueprint reading and interpretation of GD&T on drawings
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
