Location: Chandler, AZ
Pay: $65k-$80k, DOE

What You’ll Do:
The Program Manager will be responsible for managing an established technical program at the customer site, ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement. This role involves managing personnel, technical project deliverables, overseeing operations, processing payroll, and contributing to business development and growth on-site.
- Oversee day-to-day operations on the customer site to ensure smooth execution and delivery of program objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all program-related matters.
- Manage project deliverables, timelines, quality of work, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, company, and customer standards.
- Lead and manage the on-site team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
- Manage staff performance, provide feedback, support development, manage time & attendance, etc.
- Support the hiring process, including screening candidates, conducting interviews, onboarding, and ensuring adequate staffing levels in place
- Manage payroll processing to ensure accuracy and ensure all related actions/queries are dealt with promptly.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders, understanding stakeholders’ needs and expectations, ensuring they are met.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage risks to maintain operational stability.
- Manage the program budget, ensuring financial targets are met. Allocate resources efficiently and effectively to optimize operations.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to grow the business on-site, improve operational efficiency, and program effectiveness
- Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
- Ensure all operations adhere to company standards and quality assurance processes.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits to maintain high-quality service delivery.
What You Need to Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, or a related field desired.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in site or program management.
- Proven track record of managing teams and sustaining long-term programs.
- Strong technical acumen and proficiency with software systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.).
- Previous experience with project management or team tracking software desirable.
- Strong understanding of operational management and quality assurance processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with payroll processing and supporting systems is highly desirable.
