Program Coordinator
Location: Rio Rancho, NM
Pay: $60K–$75K DOE
Schedule: Monday – Friday | Standard Business Hours

What You’ll Do
As the Program Coordinator, you will act as the on-site leader and operational backbone of a technical program, ensuring everything runs smoothly—from people and processes to systems and customer satisfaction.

You will:

  • Oversee daily operations on-site to ensure seamless program execution

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer and internal stakeholders

  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and overall program performance

  • Lead and support on-site team members, including scheduling, performance, and development

  • Manage system data including user accounts, product setup, and configurations

  • Ensure data accuracy and support users with system-related needs

  • Coordinate installation, maintenance, and repair of vending machines and smart cabinets

  • Maintain compliance with all safety, regulatory, and company standards

  • Manage payroll, time tracking, and staffing needs including hiring and onboarding

  • Identify risks and proactively implement solutions to maintain operational stability
  • Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities to grow the program
  • Experience with Repairs, Moving Equipment, Comfortable with Hand Tools.

What You Need to Have

  • Experience leading or supervising teams in an operational or technical environment

  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills

  • Experience managing schedules, deliverables, and customer expectations

  • Comfortable working with data, systems, and reporting tools (Excel required)

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders

  • Proven ability to problem-solve and make decisions in fast-paced environments

The Musts
  • Leadership or people management experience
  • Experience with Repairs, Moving Equipment, Comfortable with Hand Tools

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Technical aptitude and comfort working with systems/software

  • Ability to work on-site and take ownership of operations

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field

  • Experience in a technical, manufacturing, or regulated environment

  • Background in program coordination, operations, or site management
