A well established and proven Financial Investment Firm is looking for administrative support. For nearly 30 years they have been providing Financial Support in Alaska and throughout the world. They have a stellar reputation and continue to add to their achievements.

 

WHAT YOU’ LL DO:

As an Administrative Assistant you’ ll be the first line of contact for Clients and Colleagues alike. You’ ll manage and direct incoming contact including phone calls, emails and correspondence. It is important to maintain the order of the office both in terms of cleanliness and maintaining supplies. The ideal candidate will be able to support basic accounting needs of the office as well. The front lines will need a continuous engaged and inviting personality.

 

WHAT’ S IN IT FOR YOU:

- $15 to $20 DOE

- Regular Scheduled Hours (Monday – Friday 8 to 5)

WHAT  YOU NEED TO HAVE:

The Musts:                                                                          

- Close attention to detail                                                 

- Professional Presentation. No biz casual here!

- Proactively looking for ways to support the office

- Prioritize to complete competing projects on time

- Familiar and Capable with Microsoft Excel

 

Preferred:

- Accounting experience, with exposure to QuickBooks
