Pay: $95,000 – $120,000 DOE
Schedule: Full-time

What You’ll Do:
- Communicate with clients to understand specific project requirements.
- Prepare detailed estimates and direct field employees.
- Draft maps and manage data (primarily office-based).
- Occasional field work as necessary to ensure project accuracy.

- Demonstrated experience in surveying with the ambition to work towards professional licensure.
- Strong communication and drafting skills.
- Leadership ability to manage field staff.
- Ability to prepare and provide all necessary data for professional stamping.
- Proficiency with Autodesk Civil 3D and Trimble softwares.
- Professionalism in client-facing interactions.
- Fully qualified Land Surveyor (LS/PLS).
- Note: We are willing to consider and support a part-qualified candidate in obtaining full licensure.
- Experience with drone technology.
