WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Assist with bookkeeping
- General ledger support
- Payroll support
- Troubleshooting and resolution of client accounting issues
- Effectively communicate as a client advocate.
- Provide quality client service in a timely and effective manner based on client needs.
- $50,000-$80,000 per year to start, DOE

- 5+ years of tax experience
- Attention to detail and organized
- Able to work in fast-paced environment efficiently and effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word, and technically capable of adapting to new software, including but not limited to QuickBooks
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills and the ability to contribute to and work within a team
- Problem solving
- Prioritizing and multi-tasking
- Reliable and dependable
- Timely and deadline-driven
- Strong communicator
- Motivated to learn and grow
