Opening: Direct Hire / Executive Recruiter (Healthcare Focus)
City: Anchorage, AK
Pay: Base + Uncapped Commission (average $80K+ annually, higher with experience)
Do you thrive on connecting people, building relationships, and closing deals? Opti Staffing Group is growing our healthcare recruiting division and we’re looking for a driven Direct Hire / Executive Recruiter to join our Anchorage team.
This is a sales-driven recruiting role with real impact: you’ll help healthcare organizations hire the RNs, LPNs, administrators, and executives they need to keep Alaska’s communities healthy. Every placement you make changes lives while driving your own earning potential.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Build lasting relationships with healthcare leaders across Alaska
- Source, interview, and present top nursing and executive talent
- Guide clients and candidates through the hiring process
- Drive business development through calls, networking, and outreach
- Grow your book of business with repeat and referral clients

Hi! I am a lifelong Alaskan of 31 years and enjoy spending time with my little family of three. Like most Alaskan’s we like spending time outside going for walks, camping, or just spending a warm day at the lake. Working with Opti for the past almost 7 years has been amazing. I started my career with Opti as an Executive Recruiter specializing in permanent staffing at mid, upper, and executive levels. I loved that I had such an impact on candidates' lives and the Anchorage community. Since then, I have moved into a leadership role and can say it is equally rewarding. I still get to work with candidates and companies in the area, but I also get to teach and develop new recruiters to do the same thing.
