Location: Anchorage, AK
Pay: $30 - $35+ DOE

Opti Staffing Group is partnering with a growing billing services company in Anchorage that supports a range of medical practices across Alaska. Known for their accuracy, professionalism, and team-oriented culture, they’re looking for a strong leader to help guide a tight-knit billing team and take the next step toward full management.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Oversee and support a small team of billers processing claims for multiple clients
- Ensure timely and accurate billing, coding, follow-up, and payment posting
- Identify and resolve billing issues or denials while maintaining strong client communication
- Assist in refining internal workflows, SOPs, and team training
- Collaborate with leadership on performance metrics and prepare for continued team growth
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of experience in medical billing, preferably in a third-party billing environment
- Prior experience in a lead or supervisory capacity
- Strong knowledge of insurance guidelines, CPT/ICD-10 coding, and denial management
- Comfortable with a fast-paced, multi-client environment
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
