Production Operator
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $18-22 DOE
Location: Newberg, OR

We offer rare technical ability honed by decades of experience in the medical device development and manufacturing industry. Our focus is entirely on the customer and their requirements. The foundation of our technology is built on a thermal processing technology that we have built internally and refined over the course of developing thousands of custom components. We combine a hands on approach to engineering and extensive knowledge of the materials used in the manufacturing of medical devices.
What You'll Do:
- Operate and monitor manufacturing processes.
- Conduct and document in-process inspections.
- Complete training records and assist with new product documentation.
- Use basic inspection tools (training provided).
- Create batch labels.
- Count, bag, and label products.
- Build and prepare boxes for shipping.
- Perform light cleaning tasks (sweeping, dusting, trash removal).
- Break down cardboard boxes for recycling.
What You'll Do:

What You Need to Have:
- Must be able to read and write in English.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Capable of completing repetitive tasks and working under a microscope.
- No minimum lifting requirements.
The Musts:
- Attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and clear communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain good attendance.
