Opti Staffing Is Hiring!

Position:
 Production Associate
Location: Vancouver, WA
Pay: $17-20 Depending on Experience and Position
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (10-hour days)
Position Type: Full-time M-Th, 4x10 hour shifts

We are partnering with a local  are a FDA Regulated manufacturing company committed to high quality work and production in accordance to GMP. We are looking for determined, self-starting, and reliable individuals to join our team and grow with our company


What You’ll Do:
As the Production Associate, you will oversee daily production operations, related to or including:

  • Machine Operation, Cleaning, Weighing, Blending, Hand Sorting, Packaging, Warehouse, and Sanitation

  • Ensure safety, quality, and labor efficiency across all production areas

  • Maintain accuracy in weighing processes and documentation

  • Train staff on GMP, SOPs, machinery, and procedures

  • Detail Oriented production and qualift assurance

  • Oversee FIFO policy for raw ingredients

  • Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety across departments

  • Communicate issues, improvements, and supply needs

  • Perform other duties as assigned

What You Need to Have:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Experience in production and weighing within the nutritional or food industry (FDA)

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced, physical environment

  • Comfortable with PPE and various atmospheric conditions (dust, powders, odors, etc.)


The Musts:

  • Competent, accurate, and efficient work habits

  • Strong sense of dependability and work ethic

  • Adherence to GMP, SOPs, and company policies

  • Ability to lead and direct a team across multiple departments


Preferred:

  • Previous experience in a food manufacturing facility

  • Familiarity with production processes in the nutritional supplement industry
