Opening: Processing Sales & Programming Specialist  Â
City: Salem, ORÂ
Pay: $25-30/hr DOE
Monday – Friday 6am – 4:30pm (flexible)Â
Who We Are:Â
A local, family-owned manufacturing company that engineers & builds heavy-duty industrial Grinders, Shredders, Hammermills, Screens, and Systems is looking to add to their team!
What You’ll Do:Â
This is a clerical position within the fabrication shop office. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: data entry, organization and filing of various reports, certifications and record documents; investigation and audit of data discrepancies; material receipt processing and entry into tracking software; various other administrative or clerical duties. This position is full time, Monday through Friday, 6am-4:30pm.Â

What You Need to Have:Â
 The Musts:Â
2 years min. experience with AutoCad and SolidWorks softwares
Excellent attention to detail Â
Strong Computer skillsÂ
Strong 10-keyÂ
Strong organizational and time management skillsÂ
Data entry skillsÂ
Customer Service experienceÂ
Â
Preferred:Â
Knowledge of construction materials and drawing packages
Experience with cost estimates
Prior experience in the industry
Dispatch experience Â
Knowledge of Microsoft platforms (Outlook, Excel, Word)Â
