Job Description
M-F 5am-1:30pm
$18hr to start DOE

From continuous research, development and global manufacturing facilities- our client produces the highest quality carbon and graphite products.
They also produces a full range of engineered carbon and graphite materials for demanding applications.
What you'll do:
Performs various duties related to surface treatment of graphite products (coated & uncoated). Also performs various duties in order to ship finished products to customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Visually inspects products for imperfections such as chips, pinholes, pores, scratches, and stains on all surfaces.
2) Manual handwork on surface area of coated and uncoated products using various hand tools and washing/drying methods per set procedures to repair found defects.
3) Packages finished products.
4) Fills out forms to meet customer, ISO and quality control requirements.
5) Inputs data in production database to assist with product tracking and non-conforming.
6) Deliver products to AG
7) Assures work areas are kept clean and free of safety hazards.
8) Conducts self to promote and maintain good morale.
9) Identifies improvements to the procedures and communicates them.
10) Provided cleanroom wear must be worn.
Success in this role:
This a very routine job that requires attention to detail, upper body strength, ability to focus, and constant hand work. This is not a fast-paced department, due to the fragility of parts. This requires someone to take care when using files, sandpaper, etct. Must be willing to take direction from co-workers and Supervisor!

The must haves:
-Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
-Able to write legibly in English
-Ability to do basic math (add, subtract, divide)
-Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office is preferred)
-Detail oriented
-Able to work independently and in a team
-Must be able to frequently stand, walk, push, pull, crouch or crawl
