Print Production Manager
Job Description
Position: Print Production Manager
Location: Beaverton, OR
Pay: $30 an hour (pending experience)
Schedule: Full Time
Who We Are:
We are a full-service production house specializing in large format printing. Our printed applications include, but are not limited to: vinyl banners, tradeshow displays, business signage, vehicle graphics/wraps, custom lettering and graphics, design consulting, brochures, and flyers.
What You’ll Do:
We are looking for an energetic, hard-working individual to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Communicating with the production team
- Performing & finishing work/tasks delegated by our production team
- Handling general daily warehouse tasks
- Prepping files for print production
- Proofing art files and creating designs/concepts for clients
The ideal candidate is highly organized, quick-thinking, creative, and detail-oriented, able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Knowledge of proofing & prepping art files for print production
- Ability to manage and execute job schedules, assign tasks, and ensure quality control
- Hands-on experience with print presses (HP latex printers, Summa cutters, Laminators, etc.)
- Familiarity with production finishing (grommets, hemming, trimming, etc.)
- Ability to lift rolls of material exceeding 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Troubleshooting skills for equipment maintenance and issue resolution
- Experience tracking job budgets and material inventory
- 5+ years of experience in the print industry
- Experience in project management and vendor communications
- Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio
- Familiarity with industry-leading software such as InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, etc.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to think creatively
