Print Production Specialist
Employment Type: Full Time
Compensation: $18-$22 per hour DOE
Location: Beaverton, OR

We are a full-service production house specializing in large format printing. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality production across local, statewide, and national platforms. Our team is dedicated to exceeding client expectations with innovative solutions, utilizing the latest digital printing and installation techniques.
What You’ll Do:
- Communicate with the production team to coordinate daily tasks.
- Prepare files for print and proof art files.
- Operate print presses (HP Latex printers, Summa cutters, etc.) and handle production finishing (grommets, hemming, trimming).
- Manage daily production, ensuring efficiency and adherence to deadlines.
- Maintain and troubleshoot technical print machines.
- Collaborate on design concepts and create layouts for client projects.
- Participate in internal meetings, contributing ideas and solutions.

What You Need to Have:
- Experience: 1-2 years in the print industry.
- Software Proficiency: Knowledge of Onyx Rip, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Canva.
- Physical Capability: Ability to be on your feet for long periods and lift rolls of material exceeding 50 lbs.
- Teamwork: Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently as well.
The Musts:
- Keen attention to detail and quality control.
- Excellent project management and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Preferred:
- Experience with graphic design and a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Familiarity with production processes from start to finish.
