Job Description
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay: $25–$28/hour (Depending on Experience)

A highly respected local steel fabrication and manufacturing company is looking to add a skilled Press Brake Operator to their team. This shop is known for high-quality work, tight tolerances, and taking pride in craftsmanship.
This is a job shop environment, not a production line—perfect for someone who enjoys variety and precision work.
What You’ll Do

Set up and operate press brake machines for custom steel fabrication projects

Work primarily with thin-gauge material, focusing on accuracy and detail

Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work orders

Perform frequent changeovers and short-run jobs

Use measuring tools and hand tools to ensure parts meet specifications

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Collaborate with shop leadership and teammates to meet project deadlines

What You Need to Have

2+ years of press brake operating experience

Experience in a job shop or custom fabrication environment

Strong mechanical aptitude

Comfortable using a variety of hand and measuring tools

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Training available for the right candidate
Preferred Qualifications

Reliable transportation

Mechanical assembly experience
