They build high-quality metal products and are looking for an experienced Press Brake Operator to join their team. What You'll Do:
- Set up, program, and operate CNC press brake machines
- Perform bump forming and complex forming operations
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
- Select proper tooling and make machine adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, angle gauges, and other precision measuring tools
- Troubleshoot forming issues and optimize production processes
- Perform routine machine maintenance and safety checks
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet deadlines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- $24.00 - $34.00/hr DOE
- Day Shift or Swing Shift Available

- 10+ years of CNC Press Brake experience
- Strong setup and operation experience
- Experience with bump forming and complex forming techniques
- Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints
- Experience using precision measuring instruments
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Ability to pass a background check
- Reliable transportation to Boring, OR
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Welding experience
- Plasma cutting experience
- General fabrication experience
- Experience working in a custom fabrication environment
