Opening: Premium Furniture Sales Associate
Location: Anchorage, AK
Pay: $85,000+ DOE
*MUST BE AVAILABLE WEEKENDS AND MOST HOLIDAYS*
Opti Staffing Group is partnering with a leading retailer to find a customer-focused Premium Furniture Sales Associate. This role offers a supportive team environment, thorough training, and the potential to build a rewarding career in sales.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Welcome customers warmly and sincerely.
- Listen carefully to customer needs and preferences.
- Help customers find the best solutions using showroom displays and special-order options.
- Collaborate with the in-house Interior Designer to create and present design plans.
- Stay updated on product knowledge through training sessions and manufacturer meetings.
- Provide detailed information about product offerings and services.
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Quick learner, comfortable using POS systems and general computer programs.
- Physically able to move throughout the showroom, including walking, bending, sitting, and kneeling.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays such as Memorial Day and Labor Day.
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug and background checks.
