Position: Pouch Operator

Location: Woodland, WA

Pay: $19.25 – $31.28 per hour

Schedule: Full-time, on-site (schedule details discussed during interview)

What You’ll Do:

  • Set up and operate pouch-making machines converting laminated films into finished pouches

  • Ensure the highest quality packaging through consistent monitoring and adjustments

  • Assist with machine changeovers

  • Collect, stage, and organize production supplies within the warehouse

  • Perform quality control checks throughout production

  • Maintain accurate production and quality records

  • Work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

  • Communicate effectively with team members to solve problems and meet production goals

What You Need to Have:

  • Manufacturing or production experience

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

The Musts:

  • At least 1 year of experience operating a pouch-making or similar packaging machine

Preferred:

  • Experience with laminated films or flexible packaging
  • Previous quality control or inspection experience
  • ?Bilingual (spanish) Helpful

  • Garantizar la más alta calidad del empaque mediante monitoreo y ajustes constantes

  • Apoyar en los cambios de formato de las máquinas

  • Recolectar, preparar y organizar los suministros de producción dentro del almacén

  • Realizar controles de calidad durante el proceso de producción

  • Mantener registros de producción y calidad precisos

  • Trabajar en equipo en un entorno de manufactura dinámico

  • Comunicarte de manera efectiva para resolver problemas y cumplir objetivos de producción

Lo Que Necesitas Tener:

  • Experiencia en manufactura o producción

  • Alta atención al detalle y precisión

  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo

  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita

Requisitos Indispensables:

  • Mínimo 1 año de experiencia operando máquinas de bolsas o equipos similares de empaque

Preferido:

  • Experiencia con películas laminadas o empaques flexibles

  • Experiencia previa en control o inspección de calidad
